• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
• Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient in POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic inventory control.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
