Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in Tacloban. You will oversee room attendants and public area attendants, ensure high cleanliness standards, and manage inventory and workloads with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in housekeeping, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and is proficient with housekeeping systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field is preferred; Senior High School graduates with relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Housekeeping operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel, resort, or hospitality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, room inspection standards, cleaning techniques, and public area maintenance.
• Experience supervising room attendants, public area attendants, and housekeeping staff.
• Familiarity with housekeeping inventory control, linen management, and housekeeping supplies management.
• Knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards, guest service principles, and quality assurance procedures.
• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety, sanitation standards, and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to prepare staff schedules, assign workloads, and monitor team productivity.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and housekeeping management systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak hotel operations.
