Qualifications

• Massage Therapy License or Certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a massage therapist.
• Proficient in multiple massage modalities and guest consultation.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and active listening skills.
• Residing in Tacloban or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of professional massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone) tailored to guest preferences and health needs.
• Conduct brief consultations before sessions to understand guest goals, medical history, and preferences.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, sanitized, fully stocked, and organized according to hotel and health standards.
• Provide a warm, welcoming, and hospitable experience from arrival to departure; recommend hotel spa products or follow‑up services.
