Swissôtel Clark in the Clark Freeport Zone seeks a Sous Chef to supervise the kitchen team and uphold high standards of food preparation and service. You will support the Cluster Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef to meet targets, maximize guest satisfaction, and protect hotel assets.

Previous 5-star hotel experience is advantageous; strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are essential for delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-star hotel experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and management skills.
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
• Additional certification(s) from a reputable Culinary school will be an advantage.
• 3 years experience in the same capacity.
