Job summary

NAISOSO ISLAND VILLAS seeks a reservations leader via Finest Asia Resources, Inc. to oversee daily operations and drive team performance, ensuring accurate guest records and high service standards. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in Hospitality/Travel/Business and at least 3 years’ reservations management experience, with strong RMS/PMS, OTA, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in hotel/villa reservations management.
• Strong knowledge of RMS or similar PMS systems.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of OTA platforms and channel managers.
• Financial acumen with experience in reconciliations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservation operations and manage team performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information.
• Implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates and revenue.
