• 2+ years in people leadership with accountability for team performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead team to achieve sales, conversion, revenue, loyalty and enrollment targets.
• Turn campaigns into daily actions via huddles, planning, coaching and follow-through.
• Use performance data to identify barriers and build improvement plans.
• Coach consultative selling including needs discovery, value articulation, objections and closing.
• Ensure accountability for results and customer-focused behaviors.
• Develop an inclusive, high-performance culture with clear expectations and feedback.
