Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum five years in sales, reservations, or leadership in hospitality.
• Proven hospitality sales and revenue generation experience.
• Knowledge of reservation systems, channels, and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and business development to increase bookings, events, and revenue.
• Identify new corporate, travel agency, government, and group opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular engagement.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and networking.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with profitability in mind.
• Oversee reservations operations and manage booking channels.
• Monitor occupancy, forecast demand, and strategize yield improvements.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Prepare regular sales, occupancy, revenue, and performance reports.
