Job summary

NAISOSO ISLAND VILLAS seeks a reservations leader via Finest Asia Resources, Inc. to oversee daily operations and drive team performance, ensuring accurate guest records and high service standards. The role requires collaboration across departments to enhance guest experiences and optimize occupancy.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in Hospitality/Travel/Business and at least 3 years’ reservations management experience, with strong RMS/PMS, OTA, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in hotel/villa reservations management.
• Strong knowledge of RMS or similar PMS systems.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of OTA platforms and channel managers.
• Financial acumen with experience in reconciliations and reporting.
