Job summary

Safeguard Global seeks a Head of Product, Connected Experience to own shared experiences across applications, with governance of shared components and external integrations. You will align product strategies with business priorities, lead product managers, and ensure compliant, high-quality delivery that supports client success.

You will shape the roadmap, drive AI adoption where beneficial, and manage cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in product management.
• Proven track record of driving growth & commercial outcomes.
• Experience owning platform, integration, or API products in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building products in a regulated environment.
• Five+ years of leading people across countries/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Translate platform strategy and commercial priorities into a prioritized work order.
• Lead product managers to deliver against business and customer objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, finance, and legal for compliant launches.
• Identify conflicts between applications early and resolve them.
