Tavor Perry is seeking a Lead Management Specialist to be the first voice customers hear. You will answer inbound calls, capture details, and hand off qualified leads to our contractors. A confident phone presence and reliable follow-up habits are essential for success.

Work independently in a growing cleaning services business. You should be fluent in English, accurate in note-taking, and comfortable using basic CRM tools or spreadsheets to track leads.

Formación

• Excellent spoken English with a friendly phone presence.
• Experience handling inbound calls and following up with leads or customers.
• Strong written English for email and message follow-ups.
• Ability to take accurate notes and record customer details.
• Comfortable using phone and call-forwarding tools, and quick to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades
