You will need a confident phone presence, strong follow-up habits, and the ability to work independently to keep inquiries moving toward booking and maintain a clean lead log.

Formación

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, friendly phone presence.
• Experience handling inbound calls and following up with leads or customers.
• Strong written English for email and message follow-ups.
• Ability to take accurate notes and record customer details.
• Comfortable using phone and call-forwarding tools, and quick to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls professionally and respond promptly to new cleaning leads
• Collect detailed customer information, including location, type of service, preferred timing, and special requests
• Pass lead details to contractors clearly and accurately
• Follow up with leads by phone and message to move them toward booking
• Keep a simple lead log and the status of each lead up to date
• Share updates by email, with quick message pings for time-sensitive items
• Provide general administrative and operations support as needed

When a new cleaning lead calls, the first few seconds decide whether they book, and a polished, reliable Lead Management Specialist will make those seconds count. You will be the first voice of our growing cleaning services business, answering inbound calls, responding quickly to new leads, and making sure every inquiry is captured accurately and handed off to our contractors. A confident phone presence, strong follow-up habits, and the ability to work independently make for the ideal candidate.
