The role requires a confident phone presence, strong follow-up habits, and the ability to work independently from a remote setting. Ideal candidates will have excellent spoken and written English, experience with inbound calls, and the ability to maintain a clear lead log while coordinating with field teams.

Job Summary:

Speed wins the booking in the cleaning business, and a polished, reliable Lead Management Specialist will be the first voice of ours. You will take inbound calls, answer new leads quickly, and make sure every inquiry is captured accurately and passed along to our contractors.
