The ideal candidate is self-managed, communicates clearly in English, and can follow up with leads promptly using basic CRM or spreadsheets. This role offers growth with a hands-on, owner-supported team.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary:

Inquiries to our growing cleaning services business will be captured, tracked, and handed off by a polished, reliable Lead Management Specialist who serves as our first voice. You will answer inbound calls, respond quickly to new leads, and make sure every inquiry is recorded accurately and passed to our contractors. A confident phone presence, strong follow-up habits, and the ability to work independently make for the ideal fit.
