You will maintain a simple lead log, follow up consistently by phone and message, and provide basic administrative support to help the team operate smoothly.

Every new lead for our growing cleaning services business will meet a polished, reliable Lead Management Specialist first. You will answer inbound calls, respond quickly to new leads, and make sure every inquiry is captured accurately and passed on to our contractors. A confident phone presence, strong follow-up habits, and the ability to work independently make for the ideal fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up inbound calls professionally and respond promptly to new cleaning leads
• Gather detailed customer information, including location, type of service, preferred timing, and special requests
• Pass lead details to contractors clearly and accurately
• Follow up with leads by phone and message to move them toward booking
• Keep a simple lead log and update the status of each lead
• Share updates by email, with quick message pings for time-sensitive items
• Provide general administrative and operations support as needed

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, friendly phone presence
• Experience handling inbound calls and following up with leads or customers
• Strong written English for email and message follow-ups
