Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Lead Management Specialist to support and optimize our sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, qualifying, and nurturing incoming sales leads while maintaining an accurate and well-structured customer database.
You will serve as a key link between the Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring that high-quality leads are properly tracked, followed up on, and efficiently moved through the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate incoming leads
- Prioritize leads based on conversion potential
- Ensure only high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team
2. Customer Database Management
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Segment leads by industry, location, and sales stage
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Follow up with prospects via email and calls
- Share relevant information and resources
- Build relationships with warm and cold leads
- Track lead progress through the pipeline
- Provide updates and alerts to the sales team
- Ensure no lead is overlooked
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor lead sources and conversion rates
- Recommend strategies to improve lead quality and conversion
- Provide feedback on lead quality
- Identify high-performing lead sources
7. Customer Relationship Building
- Respond to inquiries promptly
8. Follow-Up Management
- Schedule reminders and check-ins
- Ensure timely engagement with prospects
- Prevent lead drop-off
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales support, lead management, CRM administration, or a related role
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Netsuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Data-driven Lead Management Specialist driving lead qualification, CRM excellence, and sales pipeline growth through strategic nurturing and analysis.
