Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Lead Management Specialist to support and optimize our sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, qualifying, and nurturing incoming sales leads while maintaining an accurate and well-structured customer database. You will serve as a key link between the Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring that high-quality leads are properly tracked, followed up on, and efficiently moved through the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate incoming leads; prioritize leads based on conversion potential; ensure only high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records; segment leads by industry, location, and sales stage; ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Follow up with prospects via email and calls; share relevant information and resources; build relationships with warm and cold leads.
- Track lead progress through the pipeline; provide updates and alerts to the sales team; ensure no lead is overlooked.
- Monitor lead sources and conversion rates; generate performance reports; recommend strategies to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Provide feedback on lead quality; support campaign alignment; identify high-performing lead sources.
- Respond to inquiries promptly; provide accurate product/service information; create strong first impressions.
- Schedule reminders and check-ins; ensure timely engagement with prospects; prevent lead drop-off.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales support, lead management, CRM administration, or a related role.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and reporting skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Netsuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred; Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
