Job summary

SECOND SKIN INDUSTRIES, INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Management Specialist to oversee the end-to-end handling of leads. You will maintain CRM data, track pipeline movement, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities while improving data quality and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in lead management, sales support, customer service, or related role.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with data management and analytics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor leads from receipt to conversion or closure.
• Maintain accurate and updated lead records in the CRM/system.
• Identify, update, and monitor lead statuses and pipeline movement.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and escalation of priority or inactive leads.
• Track lead aging, activity, and conversion progress.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and relevant teams on lead assignment and follow-up.
• Monitor data accuracy and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or incorrectly tagged leads.
• Prepare regular lead status and performance reports.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements in lead management processes.
