Job summary

Second Skin Industries, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage client leads and drive conversions.

You will consult clients, prepare quotations and proposals, and clearly explain service options, warranties, and the aftersales process to ensure smooth handovers. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or client handling, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple leads with meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or client handling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, track updates and maintain organized records.
• Knowledge of automotive services (PPF, wraps, tints, detailing) is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned leads, conduct client consultations, and recommend SSI services or packages.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and visual mockups when needed.
• Explain product differences, warranty terms, and aftersales process clearly.
• Close sales, coordinate scheduling with Operations, and handover to Aftersales.
