• Pass lead details to contractors clearly and accurately.
• Follow up with leads by phone and message to move them toward a booking.
• Keep a simple lead log and update each lead’s status.
• Send updates by email, with quick message pings for time-sensitive items.
• Provide general administrative and operations support as needed.
