Job summary
MicroSourcing, located in Ortigas, Pasig, is looking for a Lead IT Systems Administrator to manage and secure the enterprise IT stack onsite on dayshift. You will oversee Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and hybrid cloud initiatives, while guiding a team of IT professionals.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise IT, strong cloud and networking skills, and a proven leadership mindset to drive upgrades, migrations, and DR planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in an enterprise IT environment.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience with cloud knowledge (AWS or similar).
- Experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise networking.
- Hands-on experience in hybrid cloud environments and security controls.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure for reliability and security.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments; support cloud platforms.
- Oversee Windows Server configurations, patching, and monitoring.
- Support network infrastructure including firewalls, routing, and switching.
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders.
