Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Senior System Administrator to provide senior technical support and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and cloud infrastructure in Ortigas, Pasig. The role demands leadership in upgrades, security, and ISO 27001/ACSC Essential Eight compliance.

You will oversee backups, disaster recovery, on-call support, and vendor coordination, while mentoring junior staff in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure administration; AWS or Google Cloud knowledge.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and enterprise networking.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig, three days weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level technical support and act as escalation point for complex IT issues.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and cloud environments.
• Manage access, devices, system configurations, onboarding/offboarding, patching, backups.
• Maintain enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, infrastructure improvements, and security compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT support, licensing, and equipment needs.
• Provide mentoring to junior IT staff and maintain documentation.
