Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to own and optimize enterprise IT systems in a demanding on-site environment in Ortigas, Pasig. You will manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and hybrid cloud workloads, ensuring secure, reliable operations.

You should bring 7+ years in enterprise IT, strong cloud experience, and leadership to mentor junior staff while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience with AWS or another major cloud provider.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Proven enterprise networking experience (firewalls, routing, switching, wireless).
• Hands-on AWS/Google Cloud in a hybrid cloud setup.
• Degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure for daily operations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with cloud knowledge of AWS or others.
• Manage Windows Server environments: configurations, patching, monitoring, support.
• Troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure: firewalls, routing, switching, wireless.
• Support cloud infrastructure in a hybrid cloud environment and assist migrations.
• Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, device management.
• Monitor systems, resolve issues, minimise disruptions.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
