Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a Senior Cloud and Systems Engineer to manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure day-to-day operations. You will administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with working knowledge of AWS or other major cloud platforms, and support hybrid cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant enterprise IT experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience; AWS or another major cloud provider.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Experience with enterprise networking, including firewalls, routing, switching, and wireless.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers in a hybrid cloud environment (AWS/Google Cloud).
• Degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure for reliable operations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure; AWS or other clouds.
• Manage Windows Server environments including patching and monitoring.
• Support and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including firewalls, routing, switching, and wireless.
• Administer cloud infrastructure in a hybrid environment and support migrations.
• Manage user access, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monitor infrastructure and minimize service disruptions.
• Lead system upgrades, migrations and infrastructure projects.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Implement and maintain IT security controls (MFA, VPN, monitoring).
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, stakeholders to deliver IT solutions.
