MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a Senior System Administrator to lead enterprise IT operations onsite, supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and network infrastructure.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure security and compliance including ISO 27001. This role offers dayshift onsite work with competitive rewards, healthcare from day one, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant enterprise IT experience required.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Windows Server administration proficiency.
• Enterprise networking including firewalls, routing, switches, and wireless.
• Experience with cloud hybrids (AWS, GCP or similar).
• Ability to explain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical support and act as escalation point for complex IT issues.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and cloud environments.
• Manage user access, devices, system configurations, onboarding/offboarding, patching, backups, and monitoring.
• Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless).
• Lead upgrades, cloud migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Implement and maintain IT security controls (MFA, VPN, endpoint security, vulnerability management).
• Coordinate with vendors for IT support, warranties, licensing, and infrastructure needs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior IT staff.
