Job summary

MicroSourcing, based in Ortigas, Pasig, seeks a Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator to lead and manage enterprise IT operations. You will handle Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, plus hybrid cloud tasks and network infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable day-to-day operations across multiple teams.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise IT, strong Windows Server and networking skills, and a collaborative, autonomous mindset to drive cloud migrations and infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in enterprise IT infrastructure and leadership roles.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience with cloud knowledge (AWS or others).
• Proven Windows Server administration and network experience.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and cloud migrations.
• Degree in IT or related field; strong problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure for day-to-day operations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments; support cloud platforms.
• Maintain Windows Server environments, patching and monitoring.
• Support enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls and wireless.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Ensure security controls, access management, and DR/BC planning.
