Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Lead IT Systems Administrator in Ortigas, Pasig. Onsite dayshift role overseeing enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365/Azure, Windows Server, and hybrid cloud environments. You will guide senior IT staff, manage security controls, and collaborate with vendors to optimise solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in enterprise IT, strong Cloud experience (Azure/AWS), robust networking and leadership, and a degree in IT or CS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in an enterprise IT environment with senior or lead responsibilities.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience with AWS or another cloud provider knowledge.
• Proven Windows Server administration experience.
• Extensive enterprise networking experience (firewalls, routing, switching, wireless).
• Hands-on AWS/Google Cloud in a hybrid cloud setup.
• IT degree or equivalent; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and daily operations.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure environments, and cloud integrations.
• Maintain Windows Server configurations, patches, and monitoring.
• Support network infrastructure including security devices and wireless tech.
• Lead upgrades, migrations and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Ensure backup, DR, and business continuity plans are in place.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior IT staff.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimise IT solutions.
