Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sr. Systems Admin to champion enterprise IT in Ortigas, Pasig. You will manage on-site infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and hybrid cloud platforms, while guiding junior staff and coordinating with vendors.

You’ll lead upgrades, security controls, and disaster recovery efforts, ensuring reliable operations and seamless business continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant enterprise IT experience with senior/lead responsibilities
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience, with working knowledge of AWS or another major cloud provider
• Proven Windows Server administration experience
• Experience with enterprise networking: firewalls, routing, switching, and wireless
• Hands-on experience administering cloud platforms in a hybrid environment (AWS/Google Cloud)
• Degree or equivalent IT/CS education
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the enterprise IT infrastructure for day-to-day operations
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments; integrate AWS or other clouds as needed
• Maintain Windows Server configurations, patching, monitoring, and support
• Troubleshoot and support enterprise network infrastructure including Firewalls, routing and switching
• Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure and support cloud migration initiatives
• Oversee user access, devices, onboarding/offboarding, and security policies
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures
• Implement IT security controls including MFA, VPN, monitoring, and vulnerability response
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver optimized IT solutions
