Create Synergies Inc. is seeking an HRIS Training Analyst to lead the design and delivery of Workday and ServiceNow training in a Makati hybrid setup (2 days WFH, 3 days in office).

You will perform training needs analysis, develop end‑to‑end learning materials, and deliver sessions across in‑person, virtual, and hybrid formats. The role requires coordinating with global HR stakeholders, translating complex processes into actionable learning paths, and overseeing logistics to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in HRIS training or instructional design within Shared Services or BPO.
• Experience in ServiceNow training is required; Workday deployment experience preferred.
• Proficiency with content authoring tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise) for digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis across regional/global HR teams to identify knowledge gaps.
• Design and develop end-to-end learning materials, including e-learning modules and job aids.
• Lead training sessions in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats for diverse learners.
• Serve as SME for translating ServiceNow processes and Workday transitions into learning paths.
• Partner with global HR stakeholders and SME groups to align objectives.
• Manage logistics: invites, scheduling, rooms, and technical/visual setup.
• Contribute to broader learning and development initiatives.
