Empire Render in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to power our sales pipeline through targeted B2B outreach.

You will own outbound research, data enrichment, multichannel campaigns, and CRM workflows using Apollo, Clay, Dripify, and HubSpot, with AI-assisted messaging to improve engagement.

This is a remote, full-time role requiring strong initiative and data-driven strategy to deliver qualified opportunities for the sales team.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and strategic Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to power our sales team’s pipeline.

This is a non-client-facing backend execution role. You will own our outbound research, data enrichment, multichannels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Cold Email), and CRM workflows. If you know how to leverage modern outbound tools like Clay, Apollo, Dripify, PhamtonBuster and AI models to build highly targeted campaigns, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Scraping & Enrichment: Build targeted B2B prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.
• Multichannel Campaign Management: Set up and manage outbound automation using Dripify for LinkedIn, specialized tools for Instagram outreach, and cold email systems.
• CRM & Data Hygiene: Keep HubSpot updated with prospect status, campaign tracking, and lead activity.
• AI & Workflow Optimization: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to customize personalized messaging hooks at scale and streamline campaign research.
• Basic Ad Monitoring (Bonus): Assist with basic tracking, audience building, or monitoring performance on LinkedIn and Meta Ads.
• Pipeline Handoff: Identify warm prospects, qualify responses, and route ready-to-book opportunities directly to our closing sales team.

What We Are Looking For

• Tool Proficiency: Strong experience with Apollo.io, Clay, Dripify, HubSpot, and MS Excel.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with business outreach across LinkedIn and Instagram.
• AI-Savvy: Active user of AI tools for prompt engineering, copy personalization, and workflow execution.
• SaaS Experience: Prior experience generating B2B leads in a SaaS or software tech environment (preferred).
• Core Competencies: High level of initiative ("action taker"), strong attention to detail, structured data management, and strategic thinking.
• Bonus Skills: Basic working knowledge or hands-on exposure to LinkedIn Ads or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.

Work Setup & Benefits

• Salary: $600 USD per month (Paid monthly via direct transfer/Wise).
• Location: 100% Remote (Work from home anywhere in the Philippines).
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week).
• Paid Holidays: Philippine Public Holidays off.
• Annual Leave: 10 Days Service Incentive Leave (Statutory Minimum) + paid vacation allowance upon probation completion.
