Spectra360 is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist for a 100% on-site role in Cebu City with a night shift. You will identify, research, and qualify sales opportunities and work with the sales team to build a strong pipeline of high-quality leads that drive growth.

This role requires strong research, data analysis, and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where you will develop and implement lead generation strategies and provide regular performance

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation or market research.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to meet lead targets.
• Familiar with sales pipelines and lead tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
