Job summary

Jatro BPO in the Philippines is seeking a Lead Generation Coordinator to grow our Australian client base by identifying prospects, contacting them via calls, email, and social channels, and building professional relationships. You will qualify leads, schedule meetings, maintain CRM, and coordinate with the team to convert opportunities.

The role requires proactive, organized individuals with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable with outbound calls and client outreach.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, client acquisition, or customer service is an advantage.
• Experience working with Australian clients or businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Introduce Jatro BPO’s services and communicate how our solutions can support potential clients.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
• Qualify leads based on their business needs, requirements, and potential fit.
• Schedule meetings and appointments with qualified prospects.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and develop business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the team to properly endorse qualified leads and ensure smooth follow-through.
• Support the achievement of lead generation, business development, and client acquisition goals.
