Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with potential clients.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized, goal-driven, and willing to learn.
• Able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or customer service is an advantage.
• Experience with Australian clients or businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find and research potential clients and business prospects.
• Contact prospects through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Introduce Jatro BPO and explain our services to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
• Identify qualified leads based on their needs and business requirements.
• Set appointments and schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Update and maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.
• Coordinate qualified leads with the appropriate team for further handling.
