Bossjob is seeking a proactive Lead Generation and Client Activation Specialist to research qualified leads and guide onboarding. This onsite role at BGC, Taguig runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and focuses on introducing Bossjob services to potential employers.

Responsibilities include researching hiring companies, sourcing HR contacts, outreach via calls/emails, and helping employers register and post jobs. Fresh grads welcome; no selling required.

• Explain features and provide basic platform assistance.
• Follow up until onboarding and activation are completed.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and statuses.

Onsite – BGC, Taguig | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Lead Generation and Client Activation Specialist who will help identify and engage potential business clients.

This is not a sales role. Your primary responsibility is to research qualified leads, introduce the company’s services, build initial client interest, and guide prospective clients through the registration and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research companies that are actively hiring.


• Find potential employer leads through job portals, social media, company websites, online directories, LinkedIn, and other reliable sources.


• Identify and obtain the appropriate contact details of HR representatives, recruiters, or business owners.


• Contact potential clients through phone calls, email, messaging platforms, and social media.


• Introduce Bossjob and invite and guide employers to register for a Bossjob account.


• Assist new users in posting their job vacancies and navigating the platform.


• Explain Bossjob’s features and provide basic platform assistance.


• Follow up with interested companies until they complete the onboarding and activation process.


• Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, conversations, and onboarding status.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.


• Candidates with more than 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation, online research, client outreach, customer service, telemarketing, business development, recruitment, or a similar role are preferred.


• Relevant internship or on-the-job training experience will be considered.


• No previous selling experience is required.


• Knowledge of where and how to search for potential company leads.


• Comfortable speaking with HR representatives, recruiters, business owners, and other company contacts.


• At least average written and verbal communication skills.


• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them to improve productivity.


• Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM platforms, email, and online research tools.


• Organized, persistent, and able to follow up consistently.


• Willing to learn Bossjob’s features and guide new users through the platform.


• Able to work independently and meet lead generation and activation targets.
