Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in lead generation, online research, client outreach, customer service, telemarketing, business development, recruitment or similar roles preferred.
• Internships or on-the-job training can be considered.
• No previous selling experience required.
• Knowledge of how and where to search for potential leads.
• Comfortable speaking with HR reps, recruiters, business owners, and other contacts.
• Average written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM platforms, email, and online research tools.
• Organized, persistent, and able to follow up consistently.
• Willing to learn Bossjob's features and guide new users.
• Able to work independently and meet lead generation and activation targets.

Responsibilities

• Research companies that are actively hiring.
• Find potential employer leads through job portals, social media, company websites, online directories, LinkedIn, and other sources.
• Identify and obtain contact details of HR representatives, recruiters, or business owners.
• Contact potential clients via phone, email, messaging platforms, and social media.
• Introduce Bossjob and invite employers to register for a Bossjob account.
• Assist new users in posting their job vacancies and navigating the platform.
• Explain Bossjob's features and provide basic platform assistance.
• Follow up with interested companies until onboarding and activation completes.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and onboarding status.
