Qualifications

Experience with Apollo.io or similar prospecting tools
Outbound B2B prospecting experience
Knowledge of email deliverability and mailbox warm-up
CRM/ERP lead tracking; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Workspace
Strong written English; organized, analytical, target-driven
Based in Cebu and available onsite in Cebu Business Park for night shift

Responsibilities

Build targeted B2B prospect lists in Apollo.io with advanced filters and tools.
Create, manage and optimize automated email sequences in Apollo.io, including warm-up and deliverability care.
A/B test subject lines and templates; keep high-performing variants.
Verify and maintain lead information; track campaign performance and key metrics.
Update lead records in the company's CRM/ERP.
Hand qualified conversations to the sales team with clear notes on discussions.
