optiBPO is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Clark City Front, Pampanga on an evening, on-site shift. The role focuses on prospect research, building precise lead lists, and creating new business opportunities for the Sales team.

Candidate should have 2–4 years in lead gen or related roles, strong English communication, and solid CRM/lead-generation tool experience. You will drive outbound prospecting and ensure data accuracy while meeting targets.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong internet research and data gathering skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead-generation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, LinkedIn, and other sources.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect and lead lists.
• Identify key decision-makers and relevant contacts.
• Qualify leads based on company-defined criteria.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn,and other channels.
• Verify and update lead information in the CRM.
• Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the Sales team.
• Track prospecting activities and follow up with potential customers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
