High Scale is seeking a Sales VA in the Philippines to fuel growth by filling the pipeline with high-quality leads. You’ll own prospecting, CRM hygiene, and initial outreach to support Account Executives in closing deals.

You’ll manage high-volume communications, verify contact details, and keep data clean across your CRM, while drafting templates and coordinating scheduling for discovery calls with the Sales Directors’ calendars.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or BD/SDR support.
• Familiarity with prospecting tools (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Generation, Prospecting: research and build targeted lists of potential clients (DTC brands in fashion, beauty, and tech) using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Crunchbase.
• CRM Management: maintain data hygiene in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), update leads, contacts, and deals.
• Outreach & Appointment Setting: assist with high-volume cold emails and LinkedIn DM campaigns; schedule discovery calls.
• Sales Admin Support: prepare meeting briefs, research notes, and slide decks; draft contracts using templates.
