The ideal candidate holds hospitality education, with 3+ years in floristry or related hospitality roles, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and the local language.

Qualifications

• Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacity.
• Preferably with at least 3 years experience as a Florist or has relevant hospitality experience.
• Preferably has strong interpersonal skills.
• Preferably communicates and writes with fluency in English and the local language.

Responsibilities

• The Florist Supervisor supervises a team of florists to create floral decorations in accordance with policies, standards and guidelines established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
