• College degree in Hospitality or related field.
• At least 3 years of Front Office experience.
• Experience handling guest relations, problems, emergencies.
• Knowledge of Front Office areas: Concierge, Telephone, Rooms Controlling, Groups, VIPs.
• Fluent English and local language communication and writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
