Shangri-La TheFort, Manila islocated within Fort Bonifacio, the former military base and city centre. With 60 storeys, comprising 576 hotel guestrooms, 97 hotel residences and 96 exclusive Horizon Homes, the building is destined to become a Manila landmark. DUTIES:

• Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
• Enhance overall guest experience during their stay
• Supervise and direct the front desk team
• Ensure all colleagues are kept up-to-date with hotel products and services
• Monitor all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacity.
• Preferably with at least 3years experience in Front Office
• Preferably has experience in handling guest relations, problem handling, complex and emergency situations
• Preferably knowledgeable in managing various sections of Front Office such as Concierge, Telephone, Rooms Controlling, Groups and VIPs
• Preferably communicates and writes with fluency in English and the locallanguage
• Preferaby has strong interpersonal skills
