• Preferably at least 3 years experience in Front Office.
• Experience in handling guest relations, problem handling, complex and emergency situations is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in managing Front Office sections such as Concierge, Telephone, Rooms Controlling, Groups and VIPs.
• Fluency in English and local language; strong interpersonal skills.

The mixed-use business, residential and retail toweris located along 30th Street corner 5th Avenue, within the new, fast-developing Taguig business district. Requirements

• Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacity.
• Preferably with at least 3 years experience in Front Office
• Preferably has experience in handling guest relations, problem handling, complex and emergency situations
• Preferably knowledgeable in managing various sections of Front Office such as Concierge, Telephone, Rooms Controlling, Groups and VIPs
• Preferably communicates and writes with fluency in English and the local language
• Preferaby has strong interpersonal skills
