Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support international projects. The Team Leader will establish, run and grow the hub, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs and overall capability growth toward design and engineering delivery.

The role requires leading globally dispersed teams, managing budgets and risk, and collaborating with hub offices across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years as an engineering lead in consulting or global delivery.
• Experience managing global, multi-country projects.
• Expertise in project planning, design coordination, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk and delivery.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams; ensure quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of the Production Hub and team structure.
• Recruit engineers, set onboarding and training.
• Manage workload and resources across hub offices and time zones.
• Ensure outputs meet standards and client requirements.
• Own hub quality management and sign-off before issue.
• Develop hub into design and engineering delivery.
