Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support its Project & Development Services, Data Centre Group and Building Engineering Services teams. The Hub will provide modelling, drawing, engineering and document production support to hub offices, with an initial workload of international projects.

We are seeking Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical or Structural) with 3–5 years in design consultancy, proficient in Revit and AutoCAD to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering.
3 to 5 years of experience in a design consultancy or engineering design role.
Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical or Structural design principles and software (Revit, AutoCAD).
Experience delivering complex building projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Carry out design, calculations and system sizing within own discipline.
Prepare design reports, calculations, and specifications.
Produce or edit discipline drawings and models in Revit or AutoCAD.
Coordinate with hub office project teams and check drawings against design intent.
Deliver tasks to programme and support QA processes.
