Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support Project & Development Services, Data Centre Group and Building Engineering Services. The BIM Lead will establish and own the Hub’s BIM environment, set up models and standards, and lead the BIM technician team across international projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–10 years of BIM leadership experience, with strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; BIM certifications preferred.
• 5–10 years of BIM leadership experience, preferably in consulting or global delivery.
• Proven BIM execution and coordination leadership across complex projects in multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Hub’s BIM environment, standards and templates.
• Lead model setup, production and coordination across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Manage model health, file performance and version control across concurrent projects.
• Provide Revit and BIM training to the Hub team and mentor BIM technicians.
• Collaborate with hub office project teams, consultants and client BIM managers.
