Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support its international projects. BIM Technicians produce models and drawings under the BIM Lead, with opportunities to work across Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Architectural disciplines.

You will develop Revit models, create documentation, and coordinate with hub engineers and project teams across time zones to meet delivery programmes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a BIM Technician or similar role.
• Proficient in BIM modeling and construction drawings per project standards.

Responsibilities

• Model production using Revit to hub standards.
• Create and manage construction drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across hubs.
• Update models to reflect design changes and comments.
• Maintain file naming, structure and model health.
