Job summary

The Cushman & Wakefield Design & Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines seeks a Team Leader to establish and lead a multidisciplinary design and engineering team. You will oversee onboarding, staffing, workflows, and remote collaboration with global offices to ensure timely, high-quality output.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; PE/Chartered is an advantage.
5–10 years as an engineering lead in global or multinational settings.
Proven experience delivering data centre, commercial or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Lead hub set‑up, team structure and workflows for remote collaboration.
Resource planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management across projects.
Quality control, client standards adherence and sign‑off before issue.
Grow hub capability toward design and engineering delivery across locations.
Line manage and develop a high‑performing, distributed team.
