Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support its Project & Development Services, Data Centre Group and Building Engineering Services teams. The Hub will provide modelling, drawing, engineering and document production support to hub offices, with an initial workload of international projects.

Engineers will deliver discipline design, calculations and technical input, work across multiple international projects, and collaborate with hub

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering.
• 3–5 years in design consultancy or related roles.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with data centres or mission-critical buildings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering design and calculations within own discipline.
• Produce or edit drawings and models in Revit or AutoCAD.
• Ensure quality checks and maintain design records.
• Coordinate with hub teams and international offices.
