Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support its international projects. BIM Technicians produce hub models and drawings under the BIM Lead, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across time zones.

The role focuses on producing accurate Revit models and drawings, coordinating with engineers and architects, and delivering tasks within project timelines. Growth potential exists as the hub expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, Drafting, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience as a BIM Technician, BIM Modeler, or Design Technician.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM/design software with experience in model coordination, drawing production, clash detection, and QA reviews.

Responsibilities

• Model production in Revit for large buildings, in discipline or cross-discipline scopes.
• Produce general arrangement drawings, sections, details and schedules from models.
• Coordinate, perform clash detection and support resolution with other disciplines.
• Deliver allocated tasks to agreed hours and programme, flag issues early to BIM Lead.
• Share knowledge to improve workflows, templates and families.
