Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support international projects. The BIM Lead will set up the BIM environment, standards, templates and lead the BIM technicians to deliver coordinated models and drawings across multiple regions.

The role requires 5–10 years of BIM leadership, proficiency in Revit/Navisworks/BIM 360, and experience building BEPs and global BIM teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
BIM-related certifications are highly preferred.
5–10 years of experience in BIM leadership roles; global delivery experience.
Proven BIM execution and coordination for complex projects across regions.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD and other BIM technologies.
Experience mentoring and managing multinational BIM teams.

Responsibilities

Establish and own the Hub’s BIM environment, standards, templates and model setup.
Lead model production across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary model coordination and clash detection with design teams.
Deliver drawings, schedules and quantities from BIM models.
Provide BIM training and mentorship to hub team; evaluate software and hardware needs.
Collaborate with Production Hub Team Leader and client BIM managers on BEP compliance and delivery.
