Zusammenfassung

Cushman & Wakefield is establishing a Design and Engineering Production Hub in the Philippines to support its international Projects & Development Services, Data Centre Group and Building Engineering Services teams. The Hub will provide modelling, drawing, engineering and document production support to hub offices, with an initial workload of international projects.

Over time, it is intended to grow into a full design and engineering centre supporting hub offices with project delivery.

Qualifikationen

Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with international project teams.
3 to 5 years of experience in a design consultancy, engineering consultancy, or engineering design role, supporting the delivery of building and infrastructure projects.

Aufgaben

Carry out design, calculations and system sizing within own discipline, to the brief and standards set by hub office project leads.
Support feasibility studies, option studies and concept designs with engineering input.
Prepare design reports, technical notes, schedules and specification input.
Apply the codes and standards applicable to each project location, including those used in South East Asia, the UK and Australia.
Mark up and brief design information to the BIM team, and check models and drawings against design intent.
